Firstly, there is almost always no staff at the BBQ area, i waited 20mins at the counter and just so happen the staff there were all Muslims and i needed to buy the roast pork! I approached the an elderly Chinese lady that was managing raw pork but she insisted that shes not staff but a contract staff and it wasn?t her job. I felt bad approaching the manager but had to but i finally got my roasted pork after some 30mins. Disappointing. Also there is no trolley bay at the lobby of Loyang Point. I hadto lug my goods to the taxi stand because there is no area for returning baskets and trolley.

Apparently the staffs are not happy to serve. Not happy working ? Only supervisor Winner the best staff.most friendly... And always at her service for us .the veggie uncle is good too. The high rank staff has attitude problem. Not happy to serve or answer us. . I only go back when I see Winnie.

Good location and free shuttle bus provided. Biggest hypermarket in the Eastern part of Singapore.

Has most things one would need from ice cream to basic hardware and tools. The one at Loyang Point is open 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. 3% discount for Seniors every Tuesday. Food is always fresh and a wide variety is available. Prices are reasonable and competitive.

It's the hypermart I'm talking here. This place is ultimate neighbourhood place for shoppibg therapy. Many may not agree cos you grocery shopping is therapeutic? You bet it is!! Plenty of stuff to buy here!!! The only worry is you run out of cash!!

Self checkout is great. 24 hours is great. Unfortunately, there are lots of people who cannot understand what self checkout is, and insist on bringing large trolleys to the self checkout area. But this is not really Giant's fault.

The perfect place for getting all your products. Huge space. A lot of varieties. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Staffs are friendly. Love this outlet.

Good variety in a convenient location. Serves the residents in the area well so they don't have to travel to white sands or tampines central

The supervisors are excellent people that are very helpful. They do their best to find a solution for you when you bring back their produce that have issues on the following or subsequent day. Thank you very much, for doing a great job and give that human touch !!!

Great supermarket but I'd use the self check out for quick exits

Sells alot of items. From groceries to kitchen appliances. Better than most other Giant supermarkets. Convenient. There are also a few self-checkout counters.
